A second group of 'methodologists' had real LinkedIn profiles—one, Jenny Berrio, confirmed she never worked there and is filing a takedown request. Phone support was an AI agent named Sarah who insisted she was human; email and chat were also AI. The page with real people's identities was removed right after 404 Media contacted Berrio.
