OpenAI to merge ChatGPT's Chat with Codex, sharing token budgets across plans

An updated OpenAI support page says that from December, Plus, Pro and Business plans will share a token budget between ChatGPT and Codex, and Work's agent features will move into the main interface. Users can check their remaining allowance and reset time in settings.
