Google 的轨道数据中心研究估算，Starship 未来十年需发射约 1,800 次，才能沿预期的成本下降路径接近低价发射目标。研究预计到 2035 年发射价格接近 $200 per kilogram，对应累计运送 370,000 tons 载荷，按每次 200 metric tons 计算需每年发射 180 次；研究人员强调这不是经济可行性研究。
