OpenAI 把 Claude Code 的 Catherine Wu 挖去做 Core Products，我看他们就是在编码 agent 上急着补课。Wu 在 Anthropic 两年把一个要手动审批权限的小工具，带到能让人放心去跑代码迁移。OpenAI 的 Codex 想把 agent 塞进日常工作流，正卡在权限和控制感怎么给。Anthropic 接连失去做 Desktop 和 context 的核心人员，这轮被挖角我觉得他们挺难受的。
