Claude for Google Workspace is in beta for all paid Claude plans. It reads the open file inside Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and edits it in place. One install covers all three apps, and it uses the connectors and skills users already have in Claude.

Why it matters: Claude now reads and edits files directly inside Google Workspace, so users keep their existing connectors and skills in their office documents.
