Two DeepSeek API model endpoints upgrade to DeepSeek-V3.2

Both deepseek-chat and deepseek-reasoner have been upgraded to DeepSeek-V3.2. deepseek-chat maps to non-thinking mode, and deepseek-reasoner maps to thinking mode.

Why it matters: DeepSeek upgrades its API models to DeepSeek-V3.2, with the two endpoints clearly split between non-thinking and thinking mode.
