DeepSeek-V4-Pro official release adds Agent ability and native Responses API support

The official DeepSeek-V4-Pro is live in the app, on the web and on the API, with stronger Agent ability. The API call stays the same and the model name is still deepseek-v4-pro.

Why it matters: DeepSeek prices off-peak hours at half the peak rate, so tasks with flexible timing can cut API cost by running off-peak.
