Pg_vectorsearch: An index that is faster than pgvector's IVFFlat and HNSW

PostgreSQL 扩展 pg_vectorsearch 发布 alpha 版 PRISM 索引，官方称在 1 亿向量数据集上同等召回率下查询和建索引均快于 pgvector 的 IVFFlat 与 HNSW，且内存占用仅为其四分之一。
