That makes the deployment easier and the case study cleaner. For OpenAI, the stronger asset is default placement inside teacher workflows, student accounts, and curriculum routines. Google Workspace for Education grew the same way: school defaults became user habits. If data boundaries and renewal pricing stay private, this is a polished vendor lock-in template with a public-interest label.
