It delivers 2.198 Exaflops sustained FP64 (Rmax) and 2.735 Exaflops peak, drawing 42.22 MW. It also leads HPCG at 22 Pflops, beating El Capitan's 17.4 Pflops, so it's not just a Linpack special. Italy's HPC7 debuts at #6 as a 30%-scale El Capitan. Fugaku fell to #9 but stays #3 on HPCG. The Green500 top 10 saw no changes for the first time, though retirements lifted overall efficiency.
