SpaceX Is Buying Cursor

SpaceX will acquire Anysphere, the maker of AI coding agent Cursor, for $60 billion in SpaceX shares, days after its Nasdaq IPO. The two have been partners since April, when SpaceX secured an option to buy Cursor for $60B or pay $10B for their joint work. Cursor is used by Stripe, Adobe, and Nvidia—Jensen Huang called it his favorite enterprise AI service.
