This caught my eye because it surfaces something cloud vendors rarely admit: Microsoft's own cloud can't feed its own AI product. Copilot's inference and fine-tuning need more Nvidia GPUs than Azure can deliver, so they're signing a rental deal with AWS. Same playbook as Microsoft renting Oracle Cloud for Bing Chat in 2024, but that was a short-term patch—this reads more structural.
