OpenAI is hiring enterprise sales discipline, not another product storyteller. Denise Dresser most recently ran Slack and spent more than a decade building Salesforce sales orgs; now she owns global revenue, enterprise, and customer success at OpenAI. That is ChatGPT for Work moving from viral adoption into procurement, renewals, and account expansion.

The hard numbers are useful but selective: over 1 million business customers, workers saving 40–60 minutes per day, and heavy users saving more than 10 hours per week. Those are adoption and productivity claims, not retention, ARPA, seat expansion, or gross margin.
