NVIDIA and Microsoft are selling an agent deployment route, not another abstract agent story. The route runs through Windows, Azure, Foundry, Fabric, and local NVIDIA boxes. RTX Spark claims 1 petaflop and 128GB unified memory; DGX Station for Windows claims 20 petaflops FP4 and 748GB coherent memory, enough for 1T-parameter frontier models. That is a serious bid to stop enterprises stitching agents across Macs, Linux workstations, private clouds, and Azure leftovers.

I’m allergic to “unified stack” language, but this one has hardware teeth. OpenShell lands in GitHub Copilot, Nemotron 3 Ultra lands on Foundry, and Fabric SQL is claimed at 6x faster than a CPU baseline. The catch: the Fabric number comes from Microsoft internal benchmarking, and Cosmos 3’s “first among open models” lacks the exact leaderboard context here. The stack is real; the performance story needs a discount.
