InsForge is aiming at the part coding agents still botch: backend plumbing, not code generation. The claim is concrete enough: Apache 2.0, one CLI install, and a bundle of database, auth, storage, compute, hosting, and an AI gateway exposed through Skills for deploy, ops, and debugging.

That is the right scar tissue. Claude Code, Cursor, and Devin-like systems have made code edits cheaper; the failures still cluster around env setup, secrets, migrations, deploy logs, and runtime state. Heroku won by making the default path boring, and InsForge wants agents to inherit that path. I have doubts because this scrape only exposes the GitHub shell. Stars, install command, Skills spec, isolation model, pricing, and cloud cost behavior are missing. Without those, this is a sharp infrastructure thesis, not proof of agent-native Heroku yet.
