Yandex Cloud data center knocked offline by drone strike

Yandex Cloud's data center in Vladimir was damaged and fully shut down by a drone strike. No one was hurt, and the cloud platform moved into emergency mode. The ru-central1-a and ru-central1-b zones are unavailable, and the platform is pointing customers to disaster recovery options on other platforms.
